We provide high-precision stainless steel bars, manufactured from hot rolled stainless steel strips applying our highly sophisticated rolling technology. Stainless steel flat bars manufactured by our cold-rolling and polishing line have shapes, dimensions, and surface finishes of the highest quality. Applying the most advanced polishing equipment and technology, we provide flat bars of from hairline polished to #400 polished. #400 polishing equipment is to remove scratches and flatten slight surface roughness on the raw material. Thereafter, finishing buff under high pressure allows us to manufacture high-quality stainless steel flat bars of #400 polished with surface glossiness of from 610 through 630. Strict quality control, outstanding technological ability, and a wealth of experience, make our stainless steel flat bars equipped with excellent machinability, weldability, and polishability to promise customers being free from problems in use. Non-slip stainless steel flat bars with patterns on both sides are also available for gratings.
